Well, I thought all was good my first few months here but since then things have started going down hill and fast. A few months ago the steps up to my apt broke, with me on them, and has caused me back problems. The manager ------while acting nice most the time as avoided me mostly and gotten smart with me about it. I was just seeking reimbursement for wages lost, but at the current rate I might just sue and get it over with. The finally showed up the other day to check on a maintenance problem I called about back in June. And I normally have to park about a block away from my apt because all the spaces are gone when I get home from my night job. The safe lost two ups packages that got left in their office and when I told them they signed for it they denied it, it wasn't till a week later when I was there for something else I asked again and they found them. They were in the other closet but they didn't think to look there the first time. The garbage disposal has broken 3 times, the last time on egg shells. The dish washer wasn't screwed into the counter and they did a bad enough job the first time he came apart. And the other appliances are not in the greatest condition ether. And now it seems that every few weeks I get a new letter from management telling me someone's car has been broken into, not counting the one I got about the rape. So maybe if your lucky to get a parking spot close to your apt you won't get hurt.

Ah, yes. The manager. That is when all the problems started with my stay. The previous manager was great, but this new KID. Suprised he is still there.
