You people who are not happy can go live in hickory hill where the rent is cheaper and you will see what real maintance problems are. You criticize their improvements. MOVE..It is a free country. Lots of people love it here! Love all of my neighbors, The Staff and managment, People like you make US ALL look badly. Beautiful grounds and people litter. Cannot please everyone..You went thorugh a mdoel and the grounds when you moved here. Go gripe somewhere else.

If we didn"t have to pay out the but to move out, then most of us would move out of this apartment complex.

I moved out and just stiffed them on rent. My attorney has contacted the property regarding the rent matter due to MAJOR problems. First of all people kept knocking down the handicap sign in front of my building and maintenance laughed in my face when I ask them to put the signs back up being I am disabled and utilized the handicapped parking. AsSecondly, carpet was ripped up in front of our water heater and not replaced for 2 weeks! My 2-year-old daughter picked up a razor blade they left behind. And last but not least, the CRIME was awful! I have since moved a year ago and still reside in Cordova in a different apartment community and we have not had the crime problems nor the maintenance problems here. Plus, I get to park in a legally handicap spot right outside my door, I say legally because I was told by a MPD officer that the handicap spaces at Country Squire were not legal due to them not spending the money to have the spaces sprayed with a handicap sign so therefore that is probably the reason the maintenance never would put back up the handicap sign. RUDE RUDE RUDE!!! I lived there 4 years but didn't have the problems until the last year when they changed managers. Like the saying goes, if the manager ain't happy, then the residents ain't happy! The manager there always acted like you were asking him to walk on fire to do anything for you! As for my rent my last month or so there, Country Squire has finally left me alone! I have one hell of an attorney!

Actually, this is exactly where we're supposed to gripe. Why gripe somewhere else?
After living there for a year, we DID move to a much nicer, much safer area. It's called Norman, Oklahoma.
I'm guessing you're staff or you wouldn't be so adamant about trying to stop people from telling the truth. Maybe you can fill people in on the craptastic maintenance out there. It's honestly awful. Maybe I should just repost my bulletin about this place. I think I will!

Good luck to you but crime is everywhere..Collierville, Germantown; Even Rural Areas. Usually unhappy people find some sort of misery loves company when they share their own personal problems; I have found that MOST are self-inflicted. Everyone cannot be a victim all of their lives. NOT STAFF- YOU ASSUME YOU KNOW ALL!.Best of Luck in Oklahoma..Timothy McVay did his last EVIL WORK There. It is everywhere..Good Luck To YOU, TRULY!

Wow,why would you get so up in arms about some bad reviews on a blog website? Hmmmm, unless you had something to lose?? These people who are defending this old broken down complex obviously work for Funky Squire. I'm sorry, but if you get bulletins EVERY dang week about someone doing perverted things at the pool (I know this is true b/c i was swimming at the pool in the townhomes and saw a nasty used condom floating!), and homes being broken into, AND carjackings... then there must be something amiss. The security sucks and they spend most of their time watching their kids, nephews, friends swim in the pools. Or they are parked and talking on their cel phones. If you have lived at the Squire, then you know how sh!tty it is. That's the bottom line. I will be out in a matter of days and believe me, we are counting them.
