Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
 
There are better places. Its called drive 5 minutes south and your in Germantown. Its more expensive but it was worth the move for us. If you can't afford G-town there are still better choices in Cordova. I've heard good things about Walnut Hill Apartments right down the street and I have a friend who lives at Cordova Creek and says its Ok.
