I really liked this place when we were being shown around and when we saw the model apartment. The first day we moved in, our garbage disposal didn't work, the dishwasher leaked EVERYWHERE....and by the way, we moved in July 12th, today is October 22nd, and they still haven't bothered to come back and replace the dishwasher. Maintenance is HORRIBLE here!
And what they posted as their hours of operations, don't believe them. The door always seems to be locked when I try to get in there to pay rent, work out, etc. I have been in 3 apartments and this one by far is the worst. I don't feel safe at all living here. We keep getting notes on our door saying there has been residents being held up at gunpoint and cars getting broken into. You can hear every little noise possible, like I really want to hear my neighbor using the bathroom! And who has wooden steps anymore' There is no cover from the rain and when it does rain, there are massive puddles of water everywhere!
As soon as our lease is up, we are moving far away from this place! And it costs double your rent if you break your lease. It's $600 a month, it should be more like $400 for the conditions we have to live in! If CSA is an option for you when moving into apartments, rethink your options if you can. I would pay a little more for a nicer apartment!

Our dishwasher didn't work, too. You have to go to the front office and yell in front of anyone to get through to them. We did that and we got one the very next day. The manager is an *ss and needs to be yelled at, she always makes excuses about everything. Just bug them to death.
