Transfer Clause

I thought a trasfer clause was when you wanted switch to a different apartment in the middle of your lease, but not here. Trasfer clause is anytime you want to move to another apartment even its at the end of your lease. If you move here make sure with 100% certanity thats the apartment and area you want to live in because its $500 to move to another apartment at the end of your lease.
