Moving out - have nothing good to say and I'm not a negative person

My wife and I have lived in CS for a year. Each time we have had a maintenance request (leaking faucets, black mold growing underneath the caulk in the bathroom(whoever did the last caulking didn't clean it before applying a new layer), the air conditioner not cooling, the dishwasher not sitting flat so we could not open the door to use it, the freezer leaking water inside the fridge so most of our groceries had water/ice on top-spoiling some,) we've waited at least 3 weeks after the call before a maintenance person would come. I've had to go up to the main office and demand that someone take care of the mold, it was only then that we got someone to respond.
The neighbors above us had two large dogs they'd let out onto the porch to pee. Because the deck was wood slats the pee would fall onto our stuff. The neighbor would also leave the dogs out on the porch all day and they would howl. They'd also lock the dogs in a bedroom and leave the apartment. The dogs would howl and there wasn't much of a sound barrier between us and them. We called three times, each time they said they'd take care of it. Nothing happened. NOTHING HAPPENED.
We've had maintenance people in our apartment NOT LEAVE ANYTHING to let us know they had been there.
My wife and I are secure people. We keep all windows/doors locked when we're not there. Yesterday, someone broke in and stole a laptop. Last week we had someone out to fix the AC and yesterday our home was broken into with no signs of forced entry. Someone on staff or a related person broke into our home.
Yes, I am disgusted and would strongly warn any person considering moving to CS -- don't do it! Some people never have a problem but I know of a whole lot more that have had similarly bad experiences.

I posted on here last year when I moved out. I had forgotten to mention the fact that someone had been coming in to my apartment while I was at work during the day. I could tell because the blinds would be open or bedroom doors would be open that I had left closed and other signs. There would be leaves on the carpet they had walked in. I also called and complained every time. It had to be someone that worked there.
