TOO MUCH NEGATIVITY

Nowhere is PERFECT--if you are looking for perfection, start going to Church. Otherwise, give the staff a chance to respond to issues, because everything takes time. The apartments are old, yes, and there ARE issues, but the key is POLITE PERSISTENCE. However, if they don"t respond within a reasonable amount of time, contact Fogelman Management Group HDQRTS, or the property management staff. Stuff WILL get done.

I do go to church and i am not a negative person at all. Obliviously you havent had any major problems here. Thats great, count your blessings. I have lived here 4 years and have had serious mold problems.I have 3 small children who have all developed either allergies, asthma, and sinus infections which are all related to mold. My family and I have unknowingly lived here most of our stay with the mold and just this year found out about it. I dont think its coincidence that all 3 kids are sick for no reason. When Country squire was informed of the mold they painted over it. Paint doesnt kill mold. I didnt have the money to leave so unfortunately we've had to deal with it until now. They refused to put us in another apartment and when they painted they did it with all 3 of my kids in the home. I had to wait til my husband came home (we only have one car) to leave the house and get away from the fumes. These people who are posting these ratings arent negative or liars, you have just been blessed to have not gone through the mess we've gone through. By the way Fogelman didnt return my two phone calls so I contacted Code Enforcement and got results.

Ok...fair enough. I'm maybe more persistent than most. However, I have found an enthusiastic willingness on the part of most of the staff to address my concerns, and see that things get done for me. Maybe I have been lucky--but I tend to believe that we CREATE our own luck. If we see that things are not right, we should persist until we get satisfaction. Overall, I have had a nice experience at Country Squire, and I just think that sometimes some problems are exagerrated. Some of the issues I've had have been fairly serious, too. It's just that I caught a lot of flies because I used honey.

That's real funny. Why should anyone have to kiss it to get their issues taken care of? My wife and I lived at C.S. for six years. My wife worked for Fogelman. It was a different property but we were ignored like everyone else. I honestly don't know why they're not shut down. I was patient and polite and it didn't get me ANYTHING. I would have moved sooner but I'm disabled. On a Monday, one week before we moved, I saw one of the maintenance men (the one who's named after a Roman emperor) go into a storage apt. across the drive from where I lived and stayed in there for nearly 2 hours! So, I'm not surprised that maintenance doesn't get taken care of. And this guy had worked there longer than any of the other maintenance crew. Can you say NAP? That's probably what he was doing. I have NEVER read a review about C.S. that I thought was exaggeratory.
