I live at Houston Levee for 2 years. Many kids play every day on the road.

Our neighbors don?t pay for their rental furniture, have noisy parties all night long, and scream outside at each other.

There is construction accross the street and traffic around our complex (every morning and afternoon pretty bad).

On the other hand, I live on the 3rd floor, apartment is very nice and clean, storage room is big enough. Everything is new, without any bugs or mice inside. We use alarm system every single day. I think it is a very nice place. I have seen many worse in Memphis.
