I am currently a resident that has lived here since Houston Levee opened and I do not plan on moving anytime soon! I have been reading over some of the complaints and it sounds to me most of the people writing in either hate kids and do not wish to live around any or need to buy a house. Everyone knows that apartment living is different than owning your own home. Kids do play in the parking lot, because they do not have a backyard to play in! You may hear your neighbors from time to time, because it's an APARTMENT! I have never had to wait more than a day or two to have something repaired, nor do the few friends I have referred here, so I do not see why it would be any different for anyone else. Just thought I would clear a few things up for those of you who need intelligent information to help out with your moving decisions instead of someone complaining because they are prejudice or simply uneducated!
