If you are looking for a nice, quiet retreat from the city, then forget it. You pay an outrageous amount of money for nice amenities. However, if you have anyone living above or behind you, you can hear their every move. For instance the walls are soooo thin here, you can here your neigbors conversations, them taking a shower, flushing the toilets, the dishwasher, their " not so private" nightly activities, the kids outside screaming, and the list goes on and on. I feel like I hear less when I stay at a hotel. And don't let them fool you into thinking that contacting them or calling the courtesy office will do you any good. Basically, they send letters to the people, which makes them play their music or whatever even louder. Its like they move anyone who can fill out an application into these apartments, since there so desperate to get them filled. It seems like alot of the people who live here are rowdy college students. And don't get me started on the "so-called" security gate. Put it this way, people run into it with their car almost every week, if this tells you anything about some of the residents that live here. And they leave it broken for several days at a time, so basically anyone who wants to get in can.
