You don't get what you pay for. These are overpriced apartments, where you can hear anything and everything going on in the apartments surrounding you. The walls are paper thin, with no sound insulation what so ever. There are also several construction projects going on near the apartment complex, which is sure to wake you up every morning around 7:30 am everyday. Theres nothing like waking up to hearing bulldozers and people hammering that early in the morning.
