I have lived in apartments over the last ten years. These apartments are my WORST experience yet- by miles!!!! The structure of the buildings are horrible, because items in my apartment shake when my neighbors walk and you can hear every detailed word of my neighbor's conversations. I cannot even watch a television program in peace without loud bangs interrupting. No doubt, they are poorly built. Several of my neighbors and I have water leaks in our apartments. Almost everyone in the complex is less than desirable to live among. The new office staff is completely rude and unhelpful. I thought these people were supposed to be customer service oriented! I could go on and on about the gate problems, trash problems, etc. Take my advice- do not lease here!! I have lived at other Cordova properties and never had these type of problems.
