My wife and I have been here for a couple of months now and have been waiting to experience the horrible experiences of others who have left reviews. To date...nothing. It's quiet during the day and at night, neighbors seem to keep to themselves and no loud cars drive by. We've had prompt service to our AC and phone. What do you people want...room service' Only suggestion...gate to work and steps/breezeway power-washed occasionally.
