Much of what has been written seems true although when choosing these apartments be aware of your surroundings. These apartments are far from "ghetto", but by no means upscale. Security is poor for the price and be cautious of all the construction nearby. Pretty soon the lush landscaping will be commercial buildings and low-priced houses. Knock $200 off of the rent and your living fair. I would not recommend family living, although if you must, move to the western side of the complex.
