High rent for you, low rent for those on section 8 housing plan. If you don't know what that means, it is subsidised housing, or government funded housing. The apartments are huge and the price would be acceptable if the neighborhood was decent. The office staff are completely incompetent. The neighborhood is loud and full of unrully kids. The speed limit is 25mph but no one ever drives less than 45mph. A 13 year old was arrested in front of my apartment for selling drugs. My roomate was stalked by a pervert as she laid out at the pool. The community appears gated, but it backs openly to a shopping center and a neighborhood with zero lot lines. This place is not worth the money.
