Hell No!!! Very Getto. Rude manager. Messy Grounds

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
I lived there for one year and it continues to get worse. Very dishonest manager, poor groundskeeping,unable to get problems resolved, and low quality neighbors (tenants).
