Apartments Need Security Officer! people Robbed!

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2005
 
A tenant living here only 3 days was robbed at gun point getting into her car across from the garbage area in the night. Two black men wearing masks. Landlord letting the place go into the dumps instead of spending any money on real qualified help....ghetto ppl protecting ppl from ghetto ppl doesnt work!!
