Price and location are good. Seems well maintained. The only complaints I have are that the there seems to be many light bulbs that need to be replaced in some of the buildings (for safety reasons). Also there is dog poop everywhere. I would like to see the management send letter out to residents to remind them to clean up after walking their dogs or violators would be fined. It is hard to walk in grass without stepping in it.
