The person that wrote that last comment makes no sense!! I was simply saying that it is not any company's fault when morons decide they can't wait for a gate to open. The old company didn't give a %@$* and the new company seems to. The old management sucked and the new management doesn't. I haven't lived here a looong time but really fought with the idea of signing my renewal b/c of the office people. Management was continually going downhill and let me tell ya, it couldn't have gotten much lower. And now, we have normal people in the office that care and SMILE--the last couple of gals didn't know what a smile (or proper grammer) was. I lived in a ledick property downtown when I first moved to Memphis and loved them then, so I KNOW it's gonna be better!! Stop yer -----'ing and give them a chance.

Well guess what sweetheart, the NEW company has flat out admitted to one of my neighbors that the money is simply not in the budget to fix the gate. I wonder who long it will take them to fix the problem of RAW SEWAGE leaking into the creek that run through the property? Have you not noticed that lovely smell on the property. I hope they can find the money in the budget to keep us all from getting sick.
