Hello-

I am thinking of moving to this community and am wondering about the walls. Can you hear what going on in the next apartment' Also, what about the tenants above you, do you hear them when they pace across the floor' I stopped to see the two bedroom and it was very nice, and had some of the things I'm looking for, Let me know the scoop per I plan to move in November. i disagree...we don't smell anything?? Im not sure whats goin on in that guys apartment. We hear our neighbors ocassionally but we DO live in an apartment. My family and I are very satisfied with these apartments. We are moving in March because we've built a home. I would recommend them to whoever is looking.

You were apparently fortunate enough to have neighbors that do not smoke.

I live on the third floor and any time my downstairs neighbors smoke it invades our entire living room.
