Please consider this review when making your decision to move. I agree that the square footage is generous. The office staff, although pleasant to speak to are not very effective. However, they have on occassion been very rude to me. Problems I have had: poor functioning appliances to which I am told "All the apartments are like this"...not something I would boast about; flooding in the area outside my building ANKLE DEEP. They put is a drain but continue to rebuild the flower beds with mulch which is the cause of the problem and prevents the drain from working; I have witnessed tenants having sex in the pool...this was reported and I was told that in the future to call security. Let me explain that the office is directly next to the pool and was open at the time. They did not want to put the person in the office in danger (there was drinking involved) so they would rather put their tenants in danger. There is a rule that no drinking is allowed at poolside yet I have seen beer can paramids being built. As other ratings state there are in fact bars spread open in the fencing surrounding the complex. You will notice things underneath your carpet, hair and other substances that have been painted over (disgusting) and a general lack of concern over the condition of your apartment. For the price this complex charges there is an expectation of quality which is definitely not met. The reason people stay here as someone asked...Memphis is a rather dangerous city...this is a little safer. I looked at other apartments and they are small...this provides more living space. You could say it is the lesser of the evils of apartment living. Since the complex has changed hands there has been a rapid decline in cleanliness, upkeep, safety etc. If you are a mature adult looking for peaceful, clean living...consider what I have said. I keep my eyes and ears open and it seems the party crowd likes this place and is taking over. Also, parking is often unavailable.
