When I moved in this was a very nice complex, but the owners have changed and so have the people in the office and it is going down hill. It is one of the more expensive apartments in Cordova, and it use to be worth it, but not now. It supposed to be fenced in all the way around, but the front gate has been broke and stuck open for at least a month and the privacy fences in the back are falling down. It looks like trash! Cars have been broken into frequently here lately.

Agreed. This place sux. If your upstairs neighbors pass gas, you will hear it. Constant bugs. The pest service they provide is a waste. The units are falling apartment despite being less than 10 years old. The satellite hookup is a scam, you have to use a company they have a deal with.AND that is the only option, as there is no cable. Now seriously, I am not a whiner, I realize apartments ARENT your own dream home and you have to accept some things however, for the amount they charge here, i would NOT do it again. By the way they are nice enough to give discounts to our finest officers. Funny though the courtesy officers NEVER are out at night.

I've lived @ houston levee 8 months and granted i've had my share of problems, but they've been taken care of. As far as upstairs neighbors - you do hear alot of their moving around, but if you live underneath someone, your GOING to hear them, that just comes with living in an apartment. The satellite hookup I chose not to go with but I was still able to get my own satellite hook up thru directtv as do most residents - just drive around the property and see the dishes on the balconies/patios. There is a small pest control problem - but seeing as there's a creek/ditch that goes thru a majority of the property, it's to be expected. In regards to the gate that was broken, the day AFTER it was fixed - someone completely demolished the boxes that the mechanical/electrical systems are housed - causing several thousand dollars in damages, but they were fixed as soon as they could be. I have had great experiences with the office staff and the maintenance staff and everyone has been courteous and most helpful. I would recommend living here to anyone. I had one set of bad neighbors - but they've since left and all my other neighbors are great !!

That sounds like someone that works there. There was no excuse for the gate to be broken that long the first time, it was months before it was fixed the first time. And the fences in the back stay down a lot. They raise your rent every chance they get. I was told that the pest control guy wasn't really spraying the apartments for the longest. There are still way more bugs than should be if the pest control guy is doing what he is suppose to be doing. Honestly it's not worth paying the extra rent for. If you have to get an apartment save your money and go with different ones.
