I am the resident that recently got evicted from the apartment. First of all I was told by the process server that if I made arrangements with the management that I wouldn't have to go to court so I didn't and talked with Stephanie White about it. I just recently lost my job which I became two months behind but assured them I would have it From that point I figured I was fine so I thought.So on Jan 30 I come home to pay them that's when Stephanie flipped the script and said oh that doesn't mean you have possession of the apartment and your stuff is outside. Of course I was pod and went around and lo and behold me and my two kids stuff out groceries thrown carelessly and then my kids WII was stolen just TRIFLIN BUTT people.So a week or two later I get a letter of trumped up charges for sink not cleaned. If I knew I had to move it would have but they got my money and yes I got somewhere to live eventhough they put the eviction on my credit already. The management are really horrible they are 2 busy taking smokebreaks and long lunches. I'm not mad at the eviction its how they done it no notice to vacate or anything and they knew of my situation no job and no phone.but don't move here crime,theft,bad maintenence, BAD MOLD problem and trespassers,and HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT Stephanie White Shayla, Courtney ETC.
