I have lived here for 3 yrs and at first it was a very nice place to live! When Riverstone took over it went down hill from there! Stephanie and Courtney are the worst people ever! They have no people skills and are very rude! Hell Stephanie has no idea even how to add! My lease is up on May 31 and I will not resign another lease! Mold is a big problem and so are the neighbors! I have complain about my downstairs neighbor for about 6 mths and nothing has been done about it! They charge everyone different rent and it is too high for what you are getting! If you are going to pay these prices I say go and buy a house! I will never even think about going back to this place again! So like I said Renter Beware!!! I live at Houston Levee and I love it. The lady's at the front desk are very friendly and quick to reply. As far as the prices, I get a discount on top of my lease discount (1 yr) so yea, I benifit alot. It's all about your approach. I bet you were so rude to them they did not give you a deal. As far as the mold, I'm sure you could of bargained with them to move you to another unit or reduce your rent or simply let you out of your lease. If I were the front office, I would not give you a discount so that you would move out. This way one less moron in the building.
