I have lives here for 2 years and I absolutely love it. There are no kids roaming the parking lot at all hours of the night. It is very clean. I like the fact that there are alot of firemen and policeman that live here, making it more safe. My neighbors are typical that walk heavily at times. There is no dog mess in the yard and no loud dogs barking. Also, maintance is wonderful. I had a leak above my bed in the middle of the night and not only did they come out at 3am to put buckets under it, they helped me move my bed. The staff in the office are alaways pleasant. You know, it's all about the approach. You treat people nice, they will treat you nice.

Exact opposite, I had problems with the apartment late one night and the lazy maintenance guys said they weren't available 24 hours anymore and I had to call a commercial business. Also it is not safe my new car was broken into. A couple of weeks late some kids egged my car, and a few days after that I noticed some one had melted part of the rubber by my back window. An as for the dog poop, people let their little dogs poop all over the grass between the buildings, not across the parking lot where they were supposed to. After all that they were actually going to try and raise the rent. It is not worth it! Volschic must be one of the employees there or a friend of the employees, especially to have the maintenance guys go out to help her at 3AM.

Oh, that was your white car that got egged. I saw it that morning. You must have pissed someone off. I have no idea why they would raise your rent. If it is not worth it why do you still live here? It must not be that bad, or I take it you have looked else where and noticed other apartments are worse and you do have a great apartment here for the money. As far as me being an employee, I would love to work here, but unfortunately I don??????t. Also, being friends with them, I barely know their names so no, not friends either. Those were good guesses though. Back to your problem, them coming out to fix a leak in the middle of the night versus you trying to get out from four white walls, yea mine was more important.

Volschic33 has got to be the ONLY one i've heard good things from. Everything about Houston Levee is a mess and I do not recommend this place to anyone.
