This is the first time I'm writing an apartment review. In this case, I felt compelled to. When you are moving in, everything is peachy. However, when you decide to move out things are not so rosy. A couple of complaints. The apartments are extremely noisy. You would not be able to sleep at night because of I-40 right next to your bedroom window. Apartments are poorly maintained. Patchwork of gloomy paint, paint all over the bathroom fixtures and floor, stained carpet. They have some old hacks in the office who when asked for something, anything make you feel like they are doing you a personal favor. I guess it's their idea of Southern hospitality. They'll bend over backwards and be really nice when you move in but after that you are on your own. Nice location, but not worth the price or service.
