Find a different place to live then here. Mediaworks has the cable contract here and is the worst cable company that I have seen. They have raised their rates 4 times in the last two years and have limited channels.
Parking is very bad, hope you like walking.
I moved here because they said they would watch my pets while I was gone, what they did not know is I had a cameria and found out that when I was gone for a week they only stopped by once, talking about being MAD!! of course they only said sorry, but that did not help the fact that my cats went hungary.
I will be moving as soon as my contract is up, even thinking about breaking the contract and moving early.
