Problem 1, Loose Kitchen Tile

Problem 2, Broken Dryer, It took maitence forever to come out and fix, after three attempts, the finally replaced it with a used dryer.

Problem 3, The storm of 07/03 blew the chemny off my apartment and caused water and roof damage throughout the apartment. We had water pouring from the ceiling. I had to put puckets everywhere. We had water pouring from the fire alarm, and from the light switch. They did not offer us another apartment.

They patched up the outside a week later. After a couple of months they replaced the chemny. Almost a year later, they are just getting around to fixing the inside damage. The still have yet to paint the masterbed room, living room, and washroom. Water damage is still visible in these places.

Problem 4, due to poorly oganized parking, sometimes we have to park along the side of the dry way. Someone had our car towed. The towing company said that a staff member name Jennifer called and had it towed. Lincoln @ Wolfchase claimed they have no one working here by that name. We were out of close to 400 in expenses and legal action against the towing company is pending.
