Wow 2 Defending Mng. Statements' Makes kind of wonder if those statements are Sheryl the manager herself. Anyway I'm not here to bash anyone but just to state the facts. And if the facts show someone is doing a poor Job then that is just what it is. I've been here for 3rys. under several different Management. Until This Yr We have had no problems and Srvc was great. Now to the Facts. 1) Roach Problems in Select Apt buildings and Sheryl already knows which ones. However if you are thinking about moving into a bigger apt. she will not mention this to you and like us put you in a building infested with Roaches. (We had no roaches in our first 2yrs in our other aptmt on this property) 2) Service is very, very slow. It took over 2 months to have our apartment sprayed. Not too mentioned had the gall to try to blame us for it when she already knew this whole building had a major problem before we got here. 3) She watches you like a hawk. There is someone here almost 24hrs a day in our apt. either me or my wife. however when we both leave out together we have found out that she has came into our apt. un-invited she dont know we know she is doing this and I dont care for strangers snooping around in my home while we are gone. She has no business in our home and has never notified us that she has been in our home by leaving a note of any concern. Bottom line she is just a nosy person invading tenants personal living area doing who knows what. If you want anything done call the corp. office.
