VERY POOR!!! I would not recommend this place to -----...who happens to be Cheryl's dad I think...Apartment was dirty when we moved in and they said they would clean it, which never happened. When I questioned them about it, I was told it couldn't get any cleaner (bathtub was main concern and it was gross) with a little time and elbow grease I had no problem cleaning up the mess that was left for me. We shared our apartment with gnats out entire stay. When we moved in, they were in the fridge and freezer and just fly out of the sink drains when you turn the water on. The bug people they use must not know how to get rid of them; which by the way you pay for up front which they conveniently don't tell you about until you move in. The water is another expense you pay for that they tell you is included. The carpet appears clean until you are there for a couple of weeks and the stains in the carpet pad seap through the carpet again. They shouldn't even have a gate, in the months I lived there, it only worked a couple of weeks. It stays open most of the time...great security feature!!! If you need some work on your apartment be prepared to wait...and wait...and wait. You can hear traffic from the highway during the middle of the night, which isn't a problem if you are able to sleep through a tornado. Parking...good luck.
