This is the most unprofessional, rediculous, disorganized place that someone could choose to live. After living here for 5 months, I have left due to fire code...they do not follow any fire codes and it is very unsafe. The staff of ER management is horrible to deal with and if I could tell you one thing...RUN FAR AWAY!!! FIGHT THE URGE!!!!! It looks pretty...but, it is horrible.

That's funny that someone mentioned fire codes at L@W.I recently was harassed by Cheryl for about the 25th time in my two years here. This time about tiki torches on my deck.Okay,I understand that this is probably against fire code. Here's my problem with taking them down.First they were up this entire summer, and burning just about every night,I might add.Second this is winter(December)and I'm moving out in a month.I wouldn't be burning them.Third, if these torches which are not even being used are against fire code, what about the entirely over done deck of X-mas lights on the building towards the office?Cheryl loves to single people out.If Cheryl reads this,I hope you stroke out again......

I visited L@W recently. Jennifer Williams (the young girl) told us that they have serveral 2-Bedroom units available immediately and showed where they are on the layout. We liked the one near the leasing office because it is away from I40 and an entry level unit. We intended to rent that unit. When we returned from the model unit to the leasing office, an old lady (Is she Cheryl?, Is she the manager) all of a sudden told us that the only unit available are the ones close to I40 which are not entry level units. Jennifer insisted the one we want is available. After serveral rounds of conversations between Jennifer and the old lady, the old lady simply said the tenant of the unit informed her 2 hours ago that the tenant will not vacant the unit. From the conversion between Jennifer and the old lady, it is not hard to determined the old lady was lying. If the management lied to the potential tenant, I would imagine problems after moving in. We walked away without renting any unit.
