Complete -----. 25 years of smoking will do that to you I guess. I lived there a total of zero days, and i hate it. It was the worst experience i have ever had searching for a new home. After I paid my deposits, there were no apartments available for me. 250$ I gave them and all they could say was I'm sorry after 48 hours; no deposit is given back. That's bad business. Fake voices, smokers cough,
