There were many things that made me love Lincoln. First-I moved from an apartment where I had gotten robbed and Cheryl-YES..Cheryl welcomed me with open arms. I was elated to move in these apartments. The special that I recieved was awesome considering my circumstances and the area. I recieved 200 off the first four months rent. About 6 months after moving in I decided that I wanted a roomate. Cheryl allowed me to transfer at no additional charge and I just transfered my deposit. When I moved to the apartment with my roomate-she was allergic to cats and the vents must have had cat hair so we were able to transfer with no problems. Then at few months ending my lease-my roomate decided to move out and leave me with the rent. They (lincoln) allowed me to use my referral that wasnt alloted to me yet and it really helped me out. I never had any problems with the maintenance, they always fixed anything the same day of the complaint or the next morning. The parking wasnt great but that isnt the representatives fault. There were werent any false promises and I feel that Cheryl always kept it real. Those that have the negative comments about her were probable the ones who didnt follow the rules. I have looked at other apartments who have paid Lincoln a compliment.
