There are a lot of people on this page referring to SHADY characters and broken into cars. Which if ever it happens I am unaware, I happen to park next to a Mercedes a couple of nights a week probably one of the better cars in the entire Apt and never have I seen it with a window knocked out. As far as shady characters, these phantom menaces must never be around when I come home because again, I've never had issue. The true issue in post's like those are issues of certain people thinking people of other cultures don't belong in the same neighborhood or "HOOD" as they do, hey HOT SHOT if you're living so "High on the Hog" where the hell's your Castle. It is one of race and ignorance so if you want my opinion the apartment we (my girlfriend and I) have is nice. However, if you wish to stay here like most places in America you'll have to deal with the occasional black person or worse yet a whole black family (sarcasm). If you can deal with that the rest is a pretty apartment like atmosphere. If not I here North Dakota has some room for ya!

I don't think it's about race... I think it has more to do with the drug deals going down in the streets of the complex (which I saw with my own eyes the day we moved out), the rising crime level in the area... One night I was almost late for work because there were police cars parked in front of my vehicle to answer yet another call to the complex. It's just gone way downhill in the past year, and it has nothing to do with the races that live there so much as the class of people.

Hey keaton I also live on Niblik Pass and my car was broken into also. Your review was outlandish and inaccurate, I have lived here for only 7 months and the management has changed twice and there still on shaky ground. Everyday is a new issue with this place. You seem to need an eye checkup or simply your just confused. Open your eye's to your environment and stop living in La-La land. Im responding in regards to your response of a follow resident. Though if you like it that much put in an application for the continual short staffing. Have a great stay at the lincoln of crime!!!

ITS NOT ABOUT RACE THIS PLACE IS SHADY OF ALL COLORS GET OFF OF THE RACE FACTOR IT IS OLD... IF YOU THINK ITS BECAUSE OF BLACK PEOPLE THINK ABOUT IT THEY WERE THE ONES CAUGHT DOING THE CRIME BY THEIR CHOICE... EVERYONE IS JUST TRYING TO MAKE A SAFE HOME HERE FOR THEIR FAMILIES NOT TRYING TO GET SHOT OR SEE A DRUG DEAL. AND YES I HAVE SEEN CRIME THERE AS WELL SO STOP MAKING THIS A RACE ISSUE AND SEE THE FACTS
