I lived here for a year and a half, only because I knew I would most likely be moving out of state. During my stay, the management either fired all staff or the management was fired by the complex ownership. Most of the staff that worked in the front office was incompetent and would lie to pacify the residents.

The apartments look pretty from the outside but are poorly constructed. You will hear every noise that your upstairs neighbors make, it will take a while for you to get hot water in the shower and the flooring was pealing in the apartment that I lived in.

The maintenance is okay but only if the front staff notifies them of work request. Most of the time the work requests are written on scraps of paper and are not communicated to the maintenance staff.

Don't let them fool you into a sales pitch of moving in, I recommend that you look elsewhere in Cordova for a place to reside.

I disagree. Duh, they write them down so that they can place them in the system. What do you think they have? Magic memory??? Try working there for one day! The manager is trying her best to get things in order.

OH MY GOSH, THE STAFF SHOULD SPEND A LITTLE LESS TIME ON THIS AND USE THEIR TIME FIXING THINGS NOTHING IS GOING TO MAKE YOU GUYS IN THE OFFICE SEEM INTELLIGENT ABOUT GETTING THIGS DONE. FACE IT YOU ALL SUCK

If you(GETOUT6) know so much about the management then you would know that someone by the name of Parker has never worked in that office.
