I moved to these aparments from, seriously, the ghetto. I was paying $500 a month for a 2/2 aparment. I am now paying $870 for a 2/2 here and hate this place more. The management is the worst I've EVER seen. The poor construction allows you to hear EVERYTHING your neighbor does including flushing toilets or even running water. The front gate is NEVER working and the staff does nothing to fix it. A sewage pipe burst the other night and instead of cleaning the raw sewage up off the sidewalk and streets, the management decided to leave it for everyone, did I mention it was right in front of the public mailbox' The dumpster outside my apartment is emptied at 1:30 AM! I am woken up everytime. The yard crews think it's a good idea to cut the grass outside of my apartment at 6 AM. I hate this place. I would rather go back to the ghetto apartments I came from. This is honestly the worst place I have EVER lived. I would tell anyone who even thought about living here to RUN AWAY and never look back. PS -- Staff if you read this I am reporting the sewage to the City of Memphis, so have fun with that...
