I would recommend this apartment complex. The staff is very nice. I love the new Property manager she is very nice and she makes sure that if the material is in the maitenance staff get directly to the job. John and Megan were two of the most outstanding leasin consultants that I have ever came in contact with. Their attitudes never change and very professional when it comes to taking care of me as a tenant. Brian the maintenance guy work very hard to get things fix. This was one of the greatest apartment complex that I have ever came in contact with. The parking is horrible but that is because the building is full. You haven't been there long enough... I was happy for the first few months I was there, too, till the management refused to do anything about the fact that everytime it rained, my carpet got soaked due to a crack in the foundation of the 2500 building on Niblik Pass. Wait a few months and then see if you still think they're great.
