Yesterday, Oct 5th at 1:25pm, i talked to John at Lincoln at Wolfchase. I told him that we had a maintenance emergency. Our bathroom was flooded from water dripping from the ceiling. He said that he would page maintenance. They never showed up. I called and left another message on the apartment answering machine and still no reply. Today is Oct 6th, 26 hours later I called the maintenance emergency # and told them of the water leak. It's been three hours and no one has returned my call or showed up to fix the leak. This is f#@@ing rediculous. I want out of my lease. This place has had nothing but problems since we moved here 9 months ago.

I recommend that you call the fire department or the health department. They are sure to show up and cite the managers for not responding to your call. I have lived here for about two years with no problems myself, I am deeply sorry for yours though, but get your voice out there, contact the local news get them to come out here and do a story on this place, although I have never had any problems, I know of many that go on here, please do not keep quiet keep bugging them, it's the only way things will get better here!!! First off, I agree with you that management at Lincoln of Wolfchase is the worst I have ever seen. I also wanted to let you know that the leases are breakable as I moved 2 months ago. I tell everyone I come into contact with that is even remotely thinking about moving into L of W to RUN AWAY. WORST COMMUNITY EVER and I cannot believe that they have gotten away with such terrible management for this long with no news story of any type.

I have had it up to my wits with all of the break ins that are going on in this community. I don't care what you say, this is an inside job. We have had over four or five break ins in this community within a month or two. It's scary! And don't you dare forget about the person who was robbed at gunpoint the other day. All of these actions have left me incredulous! I'll say it again, I don't care what you say, it is one of these maintenance people, groundsman, or someone who lives in this community! It was reported that two of the properties that were burgularized was in the front, by the leasing office on the THIRD floor!!! This is unheard of. Usually burgularies occur on the first floor where it is convenient and fast! The THIRD floor? Two apartments next to each other! Who would know when these people were absent from there home???? Hum! And no one saw a thing!!!! Unbelievable!!!!!!! And let's not forget to mention the management team in the mist of all of this crime! I think Beth is a nice woman and is concern about what is going on in this community but her hands are full! She needs help! This type of foolishness needs to stop and need to stop today! I feel as if I live in Binghampton or some other high crime stricken area. Yes, I know crime can happen anywhere but it is happening too often, in such a short period of time for this part of town. It's starting to be the norm and police and the leasing office seem to have the attitude of "Oh well." No ma'am and no sir!!! I can't live here under these circumstances. Robbery!!! Theft!!! No witnessess!!! NOTHING!!! Just wait for the next victim. Well, the next victim may end up hurt or dead! Beth if it takes paying for undercover police officiers to do an investigation. . . . . .then that's what you do. Start with your people! Get some people in here who know what they are doing. Get this problem fixed today. This community deserves it!!! WE pay too much in rent for this type of nonsense to be happening. Get some finger prints!!!! Get a conviction!!!!! Get something besides a news letter!!!! Call in the news crew. . . . before I do!!! This is serious!!!! WE NEED HELP!!!! TODAY!!!!!
