I am a current resident at lincoln wolfchase. When i first decided to move here around 6 months ago, i moved in regardless of all the bad ratings on this site. Let me tell you, most of these bad ratings are right, but overall, it isnt really a bad place to live in. The staff has gotten really better with reacting towards any requests (By the way, i am not from the management staff). Yes, the walls are paper thin, but the same way it is for you, it is for the person above you and the person below you, so i guess this issue should go back to how considerable your neighbors are of your comfort. As for cutting the grass early in the morning, COME ON...The guy does it every now and then, and we really shouldnt be that picky, i mean it irritates me too when he wakes me up early..but damn...He has a whole lot of grass to cut...They cant schedule different times for cutting grass to meet everybodys satisfaction. So for residents...Please be realistic and lets stop at issues that really matter..!!!! Like PARKING..!!!
Now this is a big problem. In my opinion, the management office should be more confrontational and more honost towards residents when they first move in..Residents should not be told that paying for a parking spot is optional (WHICH IS WHAT I WAS TOLD)....cause it isnt really optional..its either paying for a parking spot or taking the risk of getting your car towed. And by the way, telling residents the truth at the beggining solves half of the problem..!! Because i dont really think that a person who affords paying anywhere around 800 to 900 a month would mind paying an extra 45 dollars for a parking spot..(Thats 1.5 dollars a day)!!! But i would rather know this before i sign my lease..so i wouldn't feel like i was cheated or decieved when i recieve a ltter on my door saying that i need to purchase a space to avoid the towing...!!!!
