I moved N2 this community without doing any research & after I signed a lease, I discovered this website. The 1st week of living here my A/C broke down & it took 3 weeks 2 addresss the issue but never fully satisfied my complaint bcuz it still does not blow cold. 1 month later some1 moved N2 the apartment above me & whenever they would shower it would leak N2 the ceiling above my shower which eventually caused mold N2 the ceiling & it also began 2 sag. I complained several times but never did they address that issue but my neighbor above me started to have problems after 2 months & they patched up the problem but never really corrected it. They painted over the mold in my ceiling & it is now leaking again. Nov 2008, my heating unit broke down & it took 2 months 4 them 2 address that & it still does not blow hot. The maintenance crew is very friendly but informed me that they hv a budget & that is Y some issues take longer than others. After they repaired my heat they cut my rent N half for 1 month but I was without for 3 months. I used my oven & bought space heaters 2 keep warm but sometimes the bed would B so cold I would get up & leave. I almost signed another lease when they agreed 2 allow 2 move N2 another unit but what made me change my mind is that the air is blowing hot again & that was a reminder that I did not need 2 go thru this again 4 another year. Last but not least is that they do not give you an option 4 comcast bcuz they have direct tv which is fine if u like them but if your unit can not pick up a satellite you would have 2 go with their cable which is direc path & it cost 83.00 a month 4 only 1 HBO & TMC with no digital features.OH & BY THE WAY...I MOVED OUT THIS PAST WEEEKEND & THEY WOULD NOT ALLOW A WALK THRU ON THE DAY I MOVED OUT. THEY ONLY DO WALK THRUS MONDAY THRU FRIDAY AND 72 HOURS AFTER U MOVE OUT. THAT IS A BUNCH OF CRAP BECAUSE U WILL HAVE TO TURN IN YOUR KEYS ON THE DAY OF YOUR MOVE OUT. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C
