Ok. First off, I do not work at this apartment complex (since I know many of you will think that I do). I do work at another apartment complex in Memphis though. I check this website randomly for work. I have to say I get so bothered by it. I've lived in 4 or 5 different apartment complexes in Cordova. I have never lived anywhere that is absolutelyl perfect. You know why' Because there is no apartment complex in the world that is! I fully understand some reviews complaining about maintenance taking forever to respond to a work order. I have lived places where that is a problem and I know it can get annoying! Things like that I understand complaining about or complaining about a rude office staff. These things I understand. But come on! People complaining about bugs being outside their door'! Even if you get someone to come spray the buildings, bugs are still going to be there people! How is the apartment staff going to control that' Another thing. Someone complaining about hearing dogs barking. Please tell me what the office is supposed to do about that' Aside from sending a letter to the residents with the dogs, what else can you do' Tell the person their dog isn't allowed to bark anymore' I mean really! I don't think people understand that they live in an apartment complex with about a thousand other people. You're going to hear things, you're going to be annoyed. All apartments, regardless of price and quality, are still apartments. They have thin walls and are not always the greatest places to live. There is no way that the office staff can fix every single solitary problem that arises. Like people complaining about someone mowing the grass and waking them up' Well, the grass has to get mowed b/c if it didn't, people would complain about that! So unless the management can figure out a way for the groundskeepers to mow the grass when it absolutely will not disturb a single person (NOT POSSIBLE) this is a problem that is a little silly to complain about. I'm sorry to rant like this. Just from working at an apartment complex I get extremely fed up with people who are never satisfied and complain about things that we could have no control over. (Like one woman who went off on me because she saw a racoon in the woods behind her apartment) I just would like people to think before they get angry with a staff that deals with hundreds of people and complaints a week. There is simply no way that they can control everything and I promise it's not for lack of trying. That's all....thanks.

Please tell me why did you post your levels of pisstivity (not really a word...but who cares) under this particular apt's name? You must really do live here. I live at these apartments and there is the same dog that barks at in the early morning hours. How do I know? Because the neighbors are up partying and have their dog out and the dog never shuts the hell up. Someone from my building always has to come out and yell 'SHUT UP' the dog. You may need to think before you write your post because it seems to me that you are an angry worker. All apartment walls are not thin. I know this for sure...I am a tenant. I these apts I can here my neighbors walking, flushing the toilet, cutting on the lights in the bathroom...this is just damn right ridiculous. I pay too much to hear all this. I can't even rest in peace. I see why people are complaining.

well I live in this complex and have since Dec 07 my biggest complaint is the bugs and the person upstairs from me walks heavy, they tell me it may be the floor joists and they will check that out...My unit has been exterminated every month since I have been here and weekly for some of those months and I still get bugs.
