I have lived here since March. The staff did everything possible to get me in here as soon as they can. I am not one to complain but I like to live in a nice environment and I like to pay for what I get. However when I moved in, my apt had not been cleaned at all. It was a complete mess. After I cleaned it, I still found places that I overlooked due to me being so tired and worn out from cleaning the filth. Next problem was the air condition. It would not and still doesn't flow into my bedroom properly. I wake up constantly in a sweat every night and my air is set on 60 degrees. Now, I am a very cold natured person and when I am sitting in the living rm I am usually wrapped up in a blanket with sweat pants or lounging pants on. And yes I did say that I sweat at night when I am asleep and no I am not wearing the pants to bed. :) The maintainence guys have come out to fix the air but to no avail. No on seemed to know what the problem was. The first couple of times (the end of May '08) all that was done was to check my filter. The next time (approx. 2-3 wks later)they checked my air flow. The next time my air flow was checked again and this time someone with a little more experience determined that the unit was low in freon. This I believe was done the first of July '08. During mid July, he came back and checked again the freon level was ok but the air still wasn't flowing correctly. The new supervisor is now talking about cutting a hole in my bedroom ceiling to check the duct work. (end of July) NOT IN THIS LIFETIME! So finally after calling the corporate office, commercial maintainence is sent to my apt. (I got sick of every Tom, ----, and Harry coming into my apt trying to fix the air conditioner). Do you know the office has not talked to me since. They really don't have to much to say to me now but I don't care. I am moving when my lease is up mid Sept. Calling corporate didn't help much though, because my air still isn't fixed. Commercial maintenance came out during the early morning hours and read the temp. in the apt and it read the same throughout in every room. They had me sign a piece of paper stating the above and left. I haven't heard anything else. I haven't complained because I don't care anymore. And oh by the way the pest problem is really bad here too.

Please don't move here, you don't know what you are getting yourself into.
