Okay I moved into these apartments in June of 2008 and it's the WORST thing I could've done. What's funny is that I read a lot of these same reviews below before moving and I moved in any way. Please don't do what I did! I'm trying to save you! It's been hell every since I've moved in. When I talked to my leasing agent, I specifically told him that I wanted to live on the 2nd or 3rd floor and before moving in, was told my apartment was on the third floor. However, when I came in the Friday before moving in to sign the paperwork and pay my deposits, I was informed that I was moved to the first floor (without prior notice)! Now that I'm on the first floor, if I wish to move to another floor, I have to be in the lease for five months, upgrade to a larger apartment and pay a $300 TRANSFER FEE! That is absolutely ridiculous!

On top of that, bugs continue to get in all the time. So if you prefer not to deal with killing siverfish, water bugs/roaches, mosquitoes, tiny brown bugs (don't know what the hell they are), don't move over here because you will kill them daily! Then, the walls are so thin, I can hear my upstairs neighbor treading back and forth on my ceiling, walking as if they have a ton of lead tied to their feet. This takes place all hours of the day.

One last thing, if you come in after 10pm at night, don't plan on parking anywhere near your building.

Again, I'm just trying to save you the agony I'm going through. I regret ever moving over here and I don't want you to have to go through what I'm experiencing. I'm counting down the days that I'm released from this hell hole!
