Sure the apartments they show you in the intital visit are great!Sure the staff appears to be really friendly when you first come to look at the apartments! And I was sold when I saw the mocha colored walls and the crowne mouldings! But I am a current resident and I can tell you that I am not happy and wont be until my second term lease has expired and I am gone for good! The air doesnt't work properly and as a result my utility bills have gone from being in the area of $150.00 during the winter months to nearly $400.00 in the summer months. I had to set off bombs in my apartment to rid it of the silverfish and spiders. And to add insult to injury I am resident but the leasing office authorized some ripoff tow company to tow my 2007 Honda Accord stating that it was ABANDONED! I have no flat tires or broken windows. I drive my car everday. But I refused to put my 2009 sticker on my tags since they have been stolen not once but twice on their parking lot. The crime here is terrible. I told the tow truck driver this and he agreed not to bother it saying he understood and came back to weeks later and stole it anyway. The staff now acts like I am bothering them because I want to be compensated for not only the towing fees but the damages that were done to my car in the process. They have been promising to contact "corporate" for over a week now to no avail. I guess they think I'm going to forget or give up but if I have to I will sue them both. The last time I called to get an update they removed my name from the call list @ the gate which prevented my guests from getting in to see me. I thought I had found something really good, but everything that glitters............You know the rest! Don't be fooled by the smiles. The staff would wave @ me so friendly like like every time they had a visitor on their golf cart as they passed me in my car, then had the same car towed just to make a buck (they get commissions from these towaways).Lincoln at Wolfchase--Where it's all the $$$ not the residents! Don't do It!
