I've lived here for 6 months now and I haven't had any huge issues. My apartment was in good condition and the whole complex looks pretty nice. My refrigerator leaks, and I told them about it. They've come to look at it twice but never managed to fix the problem. That has been a little frustrating, but not the end of the world (There was also a broken drawer and mini-blinds but they fixed that before I was even finished moving in). I usually find a parking space right in front of or beside my apartment. The pool gets really crowded now that it's summer but that's to be expected with only 1 pool. The workout center is somewhat lacking, but you can still get a good workout there. Overall, I've been satisfied with the place especially for the price we're paying.
