After 1 year at Lincoln @ Wolfchase I have found this to be the worst apt complex I have ever lived in.

- Collapsed heating ducts...no heat for the month of November.
- Defective heating unit...extremely low heat for December-April.
- There currently is a dead bird rotting inside an outer wall.
- My car was repeatedly vandilised...assuming I had a decent parking space.
- They only spend money on the landscaping so don't expect your fixtures and amenities to be top notch.
- Washer/Dryer...Great except it takes over 2 hours to dry your clothes because they refuse to clean out the bird nests in the vents.
- The turnover rate for their employees is faster then the tenants vacating.
- The speed bumps will destroy your car in a matter of months. They don't work right anyways as most tenants speed excessively throughout the complex.
- The gates are a false sense of security because if you want to get in...just wait for someone else to beep you in. Assuming they work at all.

If I sound bitter...I am. There are far better places to live in the area for competitive pricing. Do your research and ask around first before getting in bed with this people for a whole year
