The location and apartments are great, maintenance is great (if it's a simple repair), management is rarely helpful, often rude, and the lease agreements are all about the company and not at all about the tenants. We've been here 4 years, and are finally leaving this week. In order to get out of our apartment, we had to go month to month this month which meant paying an extra $380 this month more than our original monthly amount. The reviews you see on here that are almost all positive are almost certainly written by staff.

Well, I have been here going on 2yrs. I have to say the apartments are probably the best in this area in probably all aspects. I believe you will like it here. Also, what the 1st person wrote is true also regarding getting out of the lease. Management makes it very difficult to get out of a lease. But, all and all the community is great.

I agree with Anonymous. Management, headed by Carrie and Tiffany are unprofessional and rude. These two alone can make life in these apartments unpleasant.

The apartments are great! I have been here for 6 years now and I would not want to live anywhere else. It's really close to everything you need. The apartments are very up to date. The complex is well manicured. The mgmt. staff is very friendly and works to solve any issues you may have. I will admit that some of the previous staff from years ago seemed to not care but the new mgmt. group and staff are a refreshing addition. I would definitely recommend it. Really good place if you have pets too since it backs up to Shelby Farms.
