These apartments are going down the toilet very quickly. There have been serious assaults and crime problems on the property. The place is quickly looking like the ghetto with a bunch of people hanging around that do not belong there or live there. There are a bunch of children around that are unsupervised. They have literally run out in front of my car a couple of times. I have heard rumors of drug dealing as well.
The pool is nice but is overcrowded in the Summer. The only positive is the maintenance people are very nice.
The management staff is clueless. They are very unorganized. The office staff is not friendly.
Do yourself a favor and do not lease here!!! You will be glad you avoided this place. odusyNYCcZ7yL3Bj5JtG
