Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
Our lease was up in August of this year. Well, when we went to turn in our notice, we were told we did not turn it in in time. So we had to stay until October and pay market rate, which was $120.00 more, the next two months. Well, we paid for September in full and said that we were moving out anyway. The day we went to turn in our keys they said that they had someone moving in that Friday. We moved out on the 20th of September. We were told that we receive a refund for the excess in rent since we paid for a FULL month. It is now October 26th and I am told they still have not processed our request. PAIN IN THE NECK. We are talking $200.00 here. Other than this we had no problems.
