If you are looking for a nice apt to live in stay far away from the registry at wolfchase. Don't plan on getting any maintenance work done on time if you move here. Since we have lived here we have had problems with leaks, dishwasher motor went out, so they told us to turn it off and not use it until they got somebody out in a couple of days. Two months after not being able to use our dish washer someone finally came and replaced the motor. Then about a month later someone finally came out and fixed the water damage that it caused. We are still dealing with a water leak in the bathroom that we have complained about since day one. We have been living here since Sept of 05. Oh yeah, one more thing, the front gate has never worked since we've lived here. Real Secure! I can go on.... Yesterday I broke into the locked door that holds our air conditioner unit, because I saw dust coming from under the door. I was very shocked to find that the filter was COVERED in mildew, and the other two filters were completely covered in dust. It looks like it had never been changed. The entire room was covered in dust! I called and complained and it turns out they have NO maintenance people on duty on Saturdays for a 200 appartment complex. They asked me to wash it with bleach and water and someone would be out on Monday. We'll see. Before this we lived at Appling Lakes Apts; they were a little more expensive, but I guess the saying is true, "You get what you pay for". I would recommend Appling Lakes to anyone looking for an excellent apt.
